After drying, the product will be hygroscopic, and the data has strong hygroscopic characteristics. A cooling system is installed at the discharge port to reduce the viscosity of the data at low temperature. Increase the desiccant system and reduce the humidity in the data area. The rotating speed of the centrifugal nozzle is too low, the atomizer operates in oscillation, the atomizer is faulty, and the atomizing disc does not clean up the residue. The spindle is deformed. Check the atomizing disc, replace the spindle, or directly replace the atomizer.
