Precautions before and after use of spray dryer
1. Check before starting the spray dryer
Start the spray dryer, installation and sealing degree of each connected pipeline and valve, tension of transmission chain and belt, whether lubricating oil is added to the reducer, whether the vacuum gauge response is sensitive. The installation of cloth bags for filtration in the tank body, electrical wiring connection. Open the cooling water valve of the spray dryer to check the connection of the heat carrying pipe, whether the packing box is leaking, and whether the pressure gauge is sensitive. Check whether all instruments, buttons and indicators in the spray dryer electromechanical control cabinet are normal, whether the direct ground wire is good, whether there is leakage or short circuit. Fill each cup with grease, start motor running empty, listen to the noise is normal, if not normal, should check the source of noise, and eliminate.
2. The starting step during startup is to close the discharge valve, lock the charging door, open the heating cycle valve at the set positive and negative rotation and interval of the host machine, run the heating water pump, open the vacuum pipe valve, start the vacuum pump, add the dry materials to the container (powder, fine granular and slurry materials adopt vacuum feeding), and then close the feed hole cover. After closing the exhaust valve, start the vacuum pump, and make the drying container with negative pressure (00-7mmHg). Close the power switch, start the motor, press the working button, and the spray dryer starts to rotate. Open the valve of the heat carrier, let the heat carrier enter the interlayer of the dry container, and test according to the technical requirements.
3. Stop working steps of the spray dryer After the material is dried, close the valve of the heat carrier first, and then inject cooling water into the sandwich. After the material is cooled to room temperature, stop vacuuming. Open the start-exhaust vacuum valve, turn off the motor, stop the dryer rotation, open the hole cover and discharge material.
