Working principle of pressure spray granulation dryer
Pressure spray granulation dryer is a type of equipment commonly used to prepare granular products. Its working principle is based on the process of pressure spray and drying.
The material to be treated is made into a solution or suspension and sprayed through a nozzle onto a high-speed rotating centrifuge disk. During the spraying process, the liquid is dispersed into tiny droplets, forming a spray cloud.
A mist cloud meets a flow of hot air or gas. Under this interaction, the solvent on the surface of the droplet begins to evaporate, causing the solid or liquid solute to gradually condense into particles. This process is called drying.
During the drying process, the particles in the spray cloud gradually increase in size until the desired particle size is reached. At this point, the particles are collected or discharged from the drying chamber.
The working principle of the pressure spray granulation dryer mainly relies on the formation of spray and the drying process. By controlling parameters such as the particle size of the spray, the composition of the solution, and the temperature and humidity of the drying chamber, the shape and size of the particles can be controlled to obtain the desired product.
